08:12Monday

One client books a slot.
The whole studio catches up.

Calendar, client record, WhatsApp, cash and storefront stop being five jobs. They become one.

No credit card.

09:47 · The move

Book a slot here. Watch what happens beside it.

This isn't an illustration: it's the same sequence that runs when a client books through your storefront.

I want my calendar like this

Half an hour

Thirty minutes between having nothing and looking like a serious brand.

This isn't a promise of quick setup. It's the list of what exists when you get up from the chair.

  1. 00:00You startNo card, nothing to install.
  2. 00:06Your site is liveYour name, your colour, your logo, your own address.
  3. 00:14Your services publishedPrice, length and photo — exactly as your client will see them.
  4. 00:21Your calendar taking bookingsYour days, your hours, and the slot leaves the storefront when it fills.
  5. 00:27Your WhatsApp in placeYou connect your own number and confirmations start going out from it.
  6. 00:30Your first client can bookYou send the link. She opens it and picks a time.

Better photos and sharper words come later, at your pace. In half an hour the essentials are standing — and taking bookings.

12:30 · The bill nobody adds up

What leaves your week

This isn't about gaining features. It's about no longer doing by hand what you do today.

  • Answering “any opening Thursday?” seventeen times a day
  • Remembering to confirm every client the day before
  • Writing down what came in, in a notebook that goes missing
  • Finding out too late that a client vanished three months ago
  • Working out everyone's commission at month end
  • Losing the slot of whoever cancelled at ten at night

Six chores. Not one of them pays your bills.

22:47 · A calendar that defends itself

Someone cancelled at ten forty-seven at night.

You're asleep. The slot doesn't have to sit empty for that.

First to answer gets it. The others are told it's gone — nobody shows up thinking they have a slot.

I want a calendar like that

  1. 22:47Carla drops Thursday at 2:00 PM
  2. 22:47The system looks for whoever wanted that service
  3. 22:48Three clients get the opening on WhatsApp
  4. 23:02Marina answers first and takes the slot
  5. 08:00You wake up with the day still full

19:40 · End of day

What came in today, without you adding a thing

Every appointment lands with its amount, payment method and the commission of whoever did the work. Money in, money out, and what's left — per person and in total.

Commission is frozen the moment the appointment happens: change the rate tomorrow and what's already done keeps its value — which is how commission actually works. Each person sees their own; you see everything.

The part your client sees

The storefront is yours. Literally.

Your name, your colour, your logo, your address. It doesn't look like software — it looks like your place.

Every studio gets its own storefront at its own address. Tap one to see the same screen dressed differently.

Yours down to the corner of the button

  • Your logo and the name of your place
  • Your colour, across the whole storefront
  • Your sections — categories, tabs, what's in and what stays out
  • Your photos, your prices, your order
  • Your own address, with nobody else's name on top

I want mine

After she leaves

The right message, on the right day, on her WhatsApp

It goes out from your number, with her name. What you remember to do when there's time, here happens when it works.

  • Forms signed on her phone

You send a link. She fills in the intake and signs with her finger, before she arrives.

  • Reminder the day before

Automatic confirmation from your number, with the right time and service.

  • Birthdays

A message on the day, with her name and whatever offer you choose. You don't have to remember anyone.

  • Time for a touch-up

Has her treatment run its course? The invitation to come back goes out on its own — while she's still at the point of rebooking.

  • Gone too long

Whoever hasn't been back in months shows up on a list and gets a note from you, before she becomes someone else's client.

  • Offers to whoever they fit

You pick the group — who books a service, who went quiet, who never returned — and the offer goes only to them.

  • Before and after photos

Kept in her record, private, without filling up your phone's gallery.

  • I answered "any opening Thursday?" all day long. Now she books it herself, and I find out when my phone tells me.

Pricing

The plan isn't about what you can do. It's about the size you are.

Every plan has the whole product — calendar, records, WhatsApp, cash and storefront. What changes is how many people and how much fits.

120 clients a month

Over the limit? Nobody freezes your calendar mid-shift: we tell you, and you move plan when you want.

In all three, no exceptions

  • Calendar by day, week and month
  • Your own storefront with online booking
  • WhatsApp from your own number
  • Client records with history and intake forms
  • Cash, commission and fixed costs
  • Waiting list that fills cancellations
  • Coupons, offers and packages
  • Alerts for money in and out, as it happens

What people usually ask

Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

No. You connect the number you already use by scanning a QR code — same as WhatsApp Web. Messages come from you, not from some number nobody knows.

Do my clients have to download anything?

No. Your storefront is a link: she opens it, picks a service, picks a time, done. She can pin it to her phone like an app if she wants — optional, and without going through any store.

My clients are already in a spreadsheet.

Upload the spreadsheet. Upload the same one twice by mistake and nothing duplicates — the system recognises who's already there.

Who can see my clients' data?

Only you and whoever you authorise. Every studio lives in its own space, and a login from one studio is refused at another's address. Client photos are marked private.

I work with other people. Do they see everything?

You decide. Each person signs in with their own access and gets only what they need: whoever just does the work sees their calendar; whoever handles money sees the cash.

And when the 30 days are up?

You pick a plan and carry on where you left off. Nothing is deleted on day 31 — and we tell you before, not after.

Your next booking could land here.

It takes a few minutes to set up the essentials: your services, your hours and your storefront live.
